58-lot residential development proposed southeast of Oakwood
A 58-lot single-family residential development located at 3965 Bolding Road was proposed Monday night to the Hall County Planning Commission. The Planning Commission voted to recommend approval of the development, which is currently zoned as Agricultural Residential. The applicant, CMWB Company, LLC, is requesting to rezone the 29.65-acre property to Planned Residential Development, according to county documents.
