Pre-trial hearing date set in district court for Grand Island man charged with sex trafficking
GRAND ISLAND — A pre-trial hearing date in September has been set in the case of a Grand Island man who has been charged with sex trafficking in Hall County District Court. Logan Bundy, 23, has been charged with three counts of labor/sex trafficking of a minor, Class 1B felonies, three counts of enticement by electronic device, Class 4 felonies and possession of child pornography, a Class 2A felony.

GRAND ISLAND, Neb. (KSNB) - Recently, thousands of people across Central Nebraska have felt the impacts of 911 outages. Director of Grand Island and Hall County Emergency Management and Communications, Jon Rosenlund confirms there was an issue with Lumen’s national 911 system which didn’t allows calls to come through 911 systems in Nebraska. The outage lasted almost 11 hours because Lumen had to rebuild circuits.

Hornady executive pleads not guilty to speeding, DUI charges
Hornady Vice President Jason Hornady has pleaded not guilty to charges stemming from a recent arrest for reckless and drunk driving. In court documents filed Monday, Hornady pleaded not guilty to driving under the influence-first offense, willful reckless driving-second offense, speeding and racing on the highway. Hornady also requested a jury trial in the filing. The charges stem from Hornady's arrest on June 21.
