According to booking reports from the Hamilton County Jail, the following people were arrested by the East Ridge Police Department from July 3-6. An arrest does not mean that a person has been convicted of a crime. All persons arrested are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
Fire Damages House on Cecil Lane
One person was treated for smoke inhalation after fire damaged a duplex on Cecil Lane, early Tuesday morning. According to a press release from the East Ridge Fire Department, firefighters were dispatched to 183 Cecil Lane just after 1 a.m. When first responders arrived, it was determined that all occupants had gotten out of the duplex.
