If you a look at social media influencer Kate Gabrielle's Instagram page , all you'll see is pink, pink, pink.

Turns out, the purse designer and illustrator with 121,000 followers lives her whole life that way in Hamilton.

Now her three-bedroom home at 835 Hughes Dr. in the Mercer County town is for sale for $500,000,

And everything is pink − including the bathroom sink, kitchen cabinets and wallpaper − in all its girly glory.

"The style of the house is who she is as a person for real," said Amy McGrath, realtor with Keller Williams Premier who is representing Gabrielle in the sale.

Unfortunately, Gabrielle now has to part with her real-life work of art.

According to McGrath, Gabrielle's viral line of cup holder purses, which she sells for $55-$57 on her website , were "ripped off" by other companies and she has lost significant income.

"She has lost quite a bit of revenue and that's the main reason why she's selling," said McGrath. "She's heartbroken that she put all this time, effort and consideration into her home and now she has to part with it."

When McGrath sold Gabrielle the home in 2022, it had the same style as it did when it was built in 1977, McGrath said.

The 1,778 square feet of this pink paradise has a walk-in closet full of Gabrielle's patterned pink attire, a private theater with purple curtains and vintage theater carpeting, rainbow pastel steps, and an arcade in the basement with pinball games and movie posters.

Since the home hit the market July 15, McGrath said there has been "a ton of interest" and the house has had 30-40 showings. It was also featured on Zillow Gone Wild on Instagram, which has 1.9 million followers.

McGrath said she expects to get offers in the coming days. Already, the home received a $400,000 all-cash offer − that included everything in it.

"People also want to buy her furniture and clothes," Gabrielle said. "She's open to some of it."

But as expected, not all prospective buyers want to live their lives in pink.

"Some prospective buyers want to keep it exactly the way it is, and some are struggling to see past it," McGrath said.
