Eastern Hampshire County last week mourned the passing of a beloved, long-time United Parcel Service driver. Van Gaus, 56, of Cumberland, Md., was found dead in his truck Tuesday of an apparent heart attack. His was a familiar, beloved face on the route that included the Capon Bridge area.
