A resident of Swanzey, New Hampshire, has been indicted in federal court for the theft of firearms from a licensed gun store that occurred in July. Khale Guillou, a 19-year-old from Swanzey, faces one count of theft involving firearms from a federally licensed dealer, which includes one rifle and sixteen pistols. Currently, Guillou is in custody in Massachusetts on unrelated charges and will address these new charges at a future date. If found guilty, he may face a prison sentence of up to ten years and a fine of $250,000.
