Repainting scheduled for downtown street mural
The downtown street mural on Nolichucky Avenue and Union Street is due to get spruced up with a new coat of paint. Jan Bowden, co-owner and operator of the Union Street Gallery in Erwin spoke about the upcoming painting, which will rely on volunteers taking brushes in hand to give the faded street mural a vibrant new lease on life.
