A convicted domestic abuser from Hancock County is being sent to prison for making false statements while attempting to purchase a firearm. Trevor Kent Hueneman, 26 of Garner, was sentenced Tuesday to two-and-a-half years in federal prison for making three false statements while attempting to purchase a firearm.
