Bull riding comes to the Hancock County Fair
With a restless and frustrated crowd and only one rider to beat, Reid Arnold mounted the final bull of the night. The bull tried its best to buck Arnold, but he survived for the full eight seconds and turned to the judges. Indianapolis man faces kidnapping, strangulation charges
HANCOCK COUNTY — An Indianapolis man has been accused of confining, kidnapping, beating and strangling a woman in McCordsville in early June. Darrell Paul Vaughn, 49, 11000 block of Pendleton Pike is facing two Level 4 felony counts of criminal confinement with moderate bodily injury and three different Level 6 felony counts of domestic battery, strangulation and kidnapping from an incident June 6.
