Greencastle couple allegedly use deceased father’s EBT card, wrack up thousands in illegal charges
25 July 2024- A multi-month investigation conducted by the Pennsylvania Office of the State Inspector General has seen multiple felonies being filed against a Greencastle couple for theft and benefit fraud. Danny Reymundo Centeno and Terria Ann Nicole Reedy have both been charged with two felony counts of access device fraud, with Reedy also being charged with misdemeanor theft of movable property and an additional charge of access device fraud. Both Reedy and Centeno have been issued summonses.
WVU WR Hudson Clement Switches Number Ahead of 2024 Season
WVU fans won’t be able to watch Hudson Clement sprint up the field in his No. 84 jersey anymore. West Virginia’s official roster shows Clement with a new number. The Martinsburg, W.Va. native is trading in his 84 jersey for No. 3. Members of Mountaineer Nation will now need to keep a close eye on No. 3 when watching the offense take the field at Milan Puskar Stadium in the fall.

LURAY, July 25 — A Washington, D.C.-based developer executed a contract on June 10 for the right to purchase the three-story, brick structure at 15 Campbell Ave., formally the site of a local art gallery for more than two decades. A 90-day “study period” will be ending shortly after Labor Day. If plans proceed, the building’s nearly 34,000 square feet will be renovated and converted to apartments, co-work space, a restaurant, gym and music venue, according to plans presented to the Luray Council during its work session on Monday.

Visitors Advised to Use Caution After Signs of Microcystin Are Reported at Local Lakes
Montgomery Parks urges patrons to use caution when recreating on or near Lake Needwood and Lake Frank located within Rock Creek Regional Park due to potential risks associated with high levels of blue-green algae (cyanobacteria). Water samples from both lakes are currently being evaluated by the Maryland Department of the Environment (MDE) to determine if levels are harmful. Visual indicators including discolored water and algal mats have been observed in portions of both lakes. Harmful Algal Blooms (HABs) can produce dangerous levels of toxic microcystin.
