SHAKOPEE, Minn. — Mike Lindell's MyPillow may dodge eviction from another one of its Twin Cities buildings after a virtual court hearing on Tuesday morning.Delaware-based Exeter Finance filed a lawsuit earlier this month alleging MyPillow is nearly $450,000 behind in rent payments for its Shakopee facility that houses an outlet store and a warehouse. Father charged in double-fatal ATV incident involving 10-year-olds
AFTON, Minn. — An Afton man is charged with manslaughter and child endangerment in connection with an ATV rollover that killed his daughter and her friend in April 2023. A criminal complaint filed in Washington County details the allegations against 54-year-old Lance Alan Koeckeritz, who faces four felony counts in the fatal crash, which took place on the defendant's property in Afton.
