Adams County-produced cider named among the 10 Best nationwide by USA Today readers

A hard cider produced by an Adams County cidery was named as one of the 10 Best ciders nationwide for 2024 by USA Today readers.

The Lupulin Lummox hard cider, produced by Ploughman Cider in Aspers, Adams County, was named number six in the top ten nationwide.

Highlighted in the rankings was the Lupulin Lummox's "sweet, fruity qualities and a healthy dose of Citra Hops."

Ploughman Cider operates a taproom in downtown Gettysburg on the Lincoln Square. The venue offers numerous options from their homemade ciders along with pub fare.
