LACONIA, N.H. — A man is facing an attempted capital murder charge after police sayhe struck a Laconia police officer with a vehicle Thursday night. Justin Spirko, 38, of Londonderry, is facing multiple charges, including attempted capital murder of a police officer, attempted first-degree murder, attempted second-degree murder, reckless conduct, driving while intoxicated, criminal threatening, resisting arrest, criminal mischief and simple assault.
