'Work opportunity' compels Chester Borough Councilman Rothamel to resign
CHESTER - Although only sworn in to his first term in January, Borough Councilman Jason Rothamel is moving on. Our little Milkshake isn’t so little anymore. We can’t imagine a better #FeelGoodFriday post than this. A few weeks ago, our rescue partners found Milkshake abandoned at a dump site in rural Mississippi. He was emaciated, severely dehydrated, loaded with worms and ticks, and covered in crusty, infected skin. Despite the crippling heat and look of utter defeat on his face, Milkshake wandered right up to his rescuers, tail wagging, sensing that help had finally arrived.
