6-month-old dies after being left alone in hot car, cops say
A baby died on Wednesday after being alone left in a hot car in Morris County, at least the second infant hot car death to occur in New Jersey this week. The 6-month old girl was found in a car that was in a parking lot near South Ridgedale Avenue at Route 10 in East Hanover, authorities said. Police responded to a 911 call reporting the incident at 1:30 p.m., the Morris County Prosecutor’s Office said in a statement.
