A FedEx driver crashed his delivery vehicle into a utility pole in Warren County and faces charges including driving while intoxicated, police said Thursday. The 46-year-old driver was traveling west on Route 46 in Hackettstown about 3 p.m. Tuesday when he dropped his cellphone, the town’s police department said in a news release.

Teen charged in North Jersey student's stabbing death indicted: Where the case stands
The teenager accused of fatally stabbing a New Jersey teen in Manhattan in November was arraigned on an indictment earlier this month by a grand jury. Gianluca Bordone, 19, of Long Island appeared in a Manhattan court on July 1 for the stabbing of 17-year-old Rocco Rodden. Rodden's 19-year-old brother was also injured.
