A Binghamton man faces multiple felony charges after police say he threatened another man with a gun and fired a shot into an apartment. Officers responded around 11:40 p.m. Friday to Allen Street in the village for a report of a man with a gun, according to the Johnson City Police Department.

Rally for Russ fundraiser supports Canevari

Motorists will have to contend with road work on Watson Boulevard in the Town of Union next week, beginning Monday morning.
