Johnson City native Brody Malone and USA Gymnastics test out routines before competition
PARIS, France (NBC News) — The USA men's gymnastics team got some practice time in this week ahead of their competition in the 2024 Paris Games. Brody Malone, Fred Richard, Asher Hong, Paul Juda and Stephen Nedoroscik will not compete in qualifiers until July 27, but were able to test out equipment and run their routines at Bercy Arena in Paris Wednesday.
La Festa Italiana Set for Labor Day Weekend

A Binghamton man was arrested after he allegedly fired a gun into the apartment of his former girlfriend on Friday, July 17th in Johnson City. Section of Jarvis Street to be Closed for Several Months Beginning July 29th
A rehabilitation project on Jarvis Street will have a portion of the street shut down for several months, beginning Monday. According to the mayor's office, the project is the rehabilitation of the Jarvis Street railroad bridge. The section of Jarvis Street that will be closed to traffic will be between Charlotte Street and Clinton Street. Detours will be in place.
