BUTLER COUNTY, Ohio (WKEF) -- The Butler County Sheriff's Office arrested a woman following a theft incident from a sporting goods store on Aug. 21. Sheriff Richard K. Jones says Tiara Lashae Roberts, 35, of Dayton was arrested for theft from Dick’s Sporting Goods at Liberty Center. The theft of clothing totaled over $2,000.

Former Metro driver avoids jail time for hitting, killing 87-year-old woman in crosswalk
CINCINNATI (WKRC) - A former Metro bus driver learned his punishment Thursday. Deon Willis admitted to running over and killing an 87-year-old woman in Hyde Park. Willis pleaded guilty to misdemeanor vehicular homicide last month. A judge sentenced him to five years probation and suspended his license for five years. He also got 1,000 hours community service.
