Man arrested after K-9 finds narcotics during Summerville traffic stop
BERKELEY COUNTY, S.C. (WCSC) - The Berkeley County Sheriff’s Office says they have arrested a man after a large amount of narcotics were found during a traffic stop. Shawn Casey Thieman, 32, is charged with trafficking methamphetamine more than 100 grams but less than 200 grams, trafficking heroin, possession of a scheduled narcotic and manufacturing a scheduled narcotic.

ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) - A man will spend the rest of his life in prison after pleading guilty to murder and other charges. Tyler Terry, 29, pleaded guilty in a St. Louis County courtroom on Monday to the murders of Dr. Sergei Zacharev and Barbara Goodkin. CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) - Today is a FIRST ALERT WEATHER DAY due to the likelihood of dangerous heat and humidity! An Excessive Heat Warning is in effect today for Charleston, Coastal Colleton and Inland Berkeley counties from 11 AM until 8 PM. A Heat Advisory has been issued for all other areas today. The heat index will exceed 112° in areas near the coast, 108° inland. We may see a few strong to severe thunderstorms this afternoon and evening.
