Former North Charleston cop pleads guilty to Jan. 6, 2021 Capitol Riot charges
WASHINGTON (WCSC) - A former North Charleston police officer pleaded guilty to charges related to his role in the Jan. 6, 2021, attack on the U.S. Capitol building. Thomas Edward Blackwood pleaded guilty to one count of disorderly and disruptive conduct in a restricted building and grounds and one count of parading, demonstrating or picketing in a Capitol building, according to court documents filed Tuesday.

ORANGEBURG, S.C. (WIS) - The Orangeburg County Sheriff’s Office said two men have been arrested in connection with a robbery on Interstate 26.
