Best Virginia, Zoo Crew meet in first TBT Backyard Brawl
PITTSBURGH — West Virginia and Pitt fans no longer have to wait until September to get their Backyard Brawl fix. After both teams won their first-round matchups in TBT’s Pittsburgh Regional, Best Virginia (WVU alumni) and Zoo Crew (Pitt alumni) will meet Monday night in the TBT regional semifinal at Petersen Events Center in Pittsburgh.

Zone Coverage Girls Football Camp develops skill, confidence for young girls
This summer, young girls have the chance to develop their football skills and build their confidence at a football camp designed specifically for them. Zone Coverage Girls Football Camp is a one-day program on Tuesday, July 23, at Moe Rubenstein Stadium (909 Duss Ave, Ambridge, PA 15003). Registration is from 9 to 9:30 am, and the camp runs from 9:30 am to 2 pm. There is a $35 registration fee that includes lunch for the participant, and which will be waived for readers of Pittsburgh Latino Magazine.

Pittsburgh police looking for missing 13-year-old
PITTSBURGH — Pittsburgh police are asking for the public's help to find a missing teenager. Police say 13-year-old Aniyah Davis-Stackhouse was reported missing after a family dispute and was last seen on Perrysville Avenue in the city's North Side. She may also be in the Market Square area downtown.

Hello everyone, At the start of the summer season, my office received numerous calls asking about the status of various water features and drinking fountains within city parks. The City has one plumber who is responsible for preparing the pools, spray parks, drinking fountains, and bathrooms along with addressing any issues that arise in recreation centers, senior centers, and any other city-owned building. One person cannot manage all of these responsibilities and these city services need to be provided for all of our residents.
