well it's not fair for just some to get it there's a lot of people that are poor that aren't in those zip codes like me. I think they should have done a better job at calculating people's income those people probably got jobs making $100,000 a year. how about the people that get food stamps the single seniors

We already pay high taxes, even on fixed incomes. This program is not done fairly, so it should be stopped.
