Cow spotted on the 'moo-ve' across the Hardy Toll Road in north Harris County
HARRIS COUNTY, Texas — A cow was captured on Houston Transtar cameras being utterly unstoppable on the Hardy Toll Road in north Harris County Saturday evening. The Harris County Precinct Four Constable's Office got a call around 8:15 p.m. about a brown cow wandering around the shoulder of the Hardy Toll Road at Northgate Crossing Boulevard near Spring.
Neighbor arrested for harassment and stalking in Harris County
HOUSTON, Texas — A Harris County man has been arrested for harassment and stalking after a month-long investigation by local deputies. On July 17, 2024, deputies from Constable Mark Herman's Office responded to a harassment call at 14000 Cellini Drive. The complainant reported that her neighbor, Coyt Palmer, had been repeatedly harassing her over the past month. During the investigation, deputies identified Palmer as the suspect, who then provided a full confession.

AUSTIN – A Disaster Recovery Center at Leon Z. Grayson Senior Education Center in Harris County will close at 6 p.m. July 23 and reopen in a new location July 24. The center operates from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. every day. Any center can help with both Hurricane Beryl and the April 26-June 5 storms and flooding.
