Man Pleads Guilty in Connection with Bellefonte Area Drug Overdose Deaths
A Westmoreland County man has pleaded guilty to providing drugs that caused the overdose deaths of two women in Spring Township more than two years ago. Timothy J. King, 38, entered a guilty plea on Wednesday for two felony counts of drug delivery resulting in death, Centre County Assistant District Attorney Julia Lockman said. Aqua Pennsylvania Debuts ‘Sure Splash’ Program
Aqua Pennsylvania supports water safety with a $50,000 investment through its Essential Foundation under the Sure Splash initiative. Aqua Pennsylvania, an Essential Utilities company, is helping more families be safe and sure while they enjoy the water this summer through a $50,000 investment in community-based water safety programs. The donations were made through the company’s Essential Foundation as part of Aqua’s new Sure Splash initiative.
