Billings Clinic Foundation president Jim Duncan to retire after 30 year tenure
BILLINGS, Mont. – The Billings Clinic Foundation will be saying goodbye to one of their leaders next summer. For the last 30 years, Jim Duncan served as president of the foundation. During his tenure, the foundation says Duncan has increased funding to the hospital. This has helped establish programs, add new buildings, and develop departments like the Cancer and Cardiac Center, as well as the Inpatient Pediatric Unit.
