    Forecast: Hot for the first half of this week

    Here we go again … a tough period of hot weather through midweek! Heat Advisories are up!

    Make sure you hydrate and check in on your friends and family without air conditioning. Don’t forget the pets too!

    Some pop-up thunderstorms are possible each afternoon and evening, but a strong line is expected later this week with the cold front that will deliver much lower humidity conditions and seasonable 80s for highs.

    Early this morning: Mainly clear and humid with a few fog patches. Lows in the lower 70s.

    Today: Hydrate! Very humid with sun and clouds. A pop-up afternoon thunderstorm is possible. Highs 88-92 shore and 90-95 inland. Feels like 98 to 108 degrees.

    Tomorrow: Hazy sun, hot and humid with a few isolated PM storms possible. Breezy with highs in the mid 90s. Feels like 98-108 degrees! Near 90 degrees at the beaches.

    Wednesday: Hazy, hot and humid with possible severe thunderstorms. Highs in the middle 80s to mid 90s.

    Thursday: Early clouds and showers moving out. Becoming sunny with a big humidity drop. Highs in the low to mid 80s.

    Friday: Mostly sunny and comfortable. Highs in the mid 80s.

    Saturday: Mainly sunny with low humidity! Highs in the mid 80s.

    Sunday: Partly sunny and warm. Highs in the mid 80s.
