P.F. Chang’s is launching a happy hour menu with $8 cocktails and appetizers. The new Lucky 8 Happy Hour will debut Friday to celebrate the Asian culinary chain’s 30th birthday, and includes new cocktails and smaller sizes of favorite apps.
