MINGO COUNTY, W.Va. (WCHS) — A Mingo County man is facing multiple charges after allegedly beating his mother and making threats against law enforcement, court records said. Trellis Ray Cisco, 46, of Matewan, is charged with domestic violence, unlawful assault and making terroristic threats, according to a criminal complaint filed in Mingo County Magistrate Court.
