Investigation pending after homeless Wooster parents flee with 18-month-old despite court order
HOLMES COUNTY, Ohio (WOIO) - A Wooster couple was detained and released Monday after fleeing with their 18-month-old child, the Holmes County Sheriff’s Office said.
