Tucson Turf headed to NFL Flag Championships in Canton
Tucson Turf Elite Football will represent the Arizona Cardinals at the NFL Flag Championships in Canton, Ohio later this week. Tucson Turf is a nonprofit flag and 7-on-7 football program started by Toby Bourguet. The elite program is no stranger to the NFL’s national flag football championship tournament. 2024 Spring Dean’s List Announced
Walsh University congratulates the 550 students who qualified for the Spring 2024 Dean’s List. Students enrolled for at least 12 credits who achieve a grade average of 3.5 or higher in any semester are included on the Dean’s List. Part-time students are considered for the Dean’s List in the semester their class status changes. Among the students who qualified for the Dean’s List are 49 international students and 59 out-of-state students. Canfield bank raises money for displaced people affected by Realty Tower explosion
A Canfield bank pitched in with the Youngstown community to gathered money and supplies for residents displaced by the Realty Tower explosion. Several downtown Youngstown residents were ordered to evacuate after the remnants of the building were declared hazardous by structural engineers. The International Towers apartments in particular housed many residents who were displaced after being given an evacuation order.
