Achieving That Gold Standard of Child Care
Tena Holmgren is Minot AFB’s first FCC provider to be accredited by the National Association for Family Child Care. Minot AFB childcare is striving to reach new heights. Tena Holmgren, one of MAFB’s own Family Child Care (FCC) providers reached those heights by earning her accreditation from the National Association for Family Child Care (NAFCC) back in November 2023. Osgood Elementary Administrator Cleared to Return to Work
A West Fargo area elementary school administrator is returning to his job after an investigation into physical altercations with students. Osgood Elementary Assistant Principal Joshua Dahl was placed on administrative leave after accusations of touching and aggressive grabbing of students. The West Fargo School District and state authorities performed an investigation. The report released this week says they found those accusations mostly valid and that Dahl violated policy, but that no abuse or negligence towards students was committed. In one incident, Dahl bruised a student who the district says was biting and punching him. The report also notes many students, faculty, and staff who are opposed to Dahl’s actions. He will be placed on an improvement plan and will return to Osgood Elementary this fall.

BISMARCK, ND (KXNET) — Located along Main Street in Bismarck, BittyBean Coffee has grown its menu, outdoor seating options, and overall business. “Yeah, so we started our catering business close to I think probably 10 years ago,” explains Durant Mindeman. “Me and my brother especially thought it’d be cool to own a coffee shop. Never thought that would actually happen. We were just like, ‘oh we like making coffee, that’s fun’.”

Ruzicka and Joseph Ferguson, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Minneapolis office, procured the buyer.
