EAU CLAIRE – Civics has joined theater, music theory, piano and jazz camp as some of 13-year-old Rya Mousavi’s interests, and she’s become quite well-versed in it. Huskies Rally for Walk-Off Win Ahead of All-Star Break
DULUTH, Minn.- The Duluth Huskies defeated the Eau Claire Express 7-6 in walk-off fashion in their final game before the All-Star break on Sunday at Wade Stadium. The Huskies trailed 6-0 through three innings, giving up two home runs in the process. However, Duluth clawed back, scoring three runs in the fourth inning and tying the game in the seventh. In the bottom of the ninth, Joe Vos hit a single to left field, bringing in Charlie Sutherland for the game-winning run.
Wisconsin Fog Alert: Dense Fog Expected Overnight in La Crosse Area
La Crosse, WI – Dense fog is expected to develop overnight in and west of the Mississippi River, affecting the La Crosse area and far southwest Wisconsin. The National Weather Service has issued a fog alert, warning that visibility may drop to a quarter mile or less in some spots. The fog is anticipated to be most dense for a few hours around sunrise.
