As owner, CEO and managing partner, Lou Fuoco is responsible for planning, directing and managing the operations, services and strategic growth of both Fuoco Group and its TFG Related Entities. Based in Hauppauge, Fuoco Group along with the TFG Related Entities offer traditional accounting, audit and tax services, plus financial advisory and business consulting services.

Fuoco is passionate about helping individuals and business owners make money, keep more of that money and then pass it on to their family. His desire as a certified public accountant was to serve his clients on many levels, so today Fuoco Group also provides individual and business clients with wealth management and investment services, estate planning, retirement and succession planning, asset protection, risk management, access to funding, strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, and more under the TFG umbrella. Entities within the TFG umbrella now include TFG Accounting and Tax, TFG Tax Express, TFG Financial Advisors, TFG Business Advisory, TFG Concierge Corporate Services, TFG Health Services and Your Payroll Solutions.

Since founding his firm in 1996, Fuoco has expanded it into a multi-state operation. Recently, he shepherded the firm through several mergers in New York and Florida. These included Jack Lawrence & Company in New York, Peterson and Peterson CPAs in Florida and the Florida division of Reid CPAs.

A graduate of St. John’s University, Fuoco is licensed as a certified public accountant in both New York and Florida. He also holds the certified exit planning advisor (CEPA) and certified value builder (CVB) designations.
