Meet Nutmeg – Meow Mobile Cat of the Week
Springfield, IL (CAPITOL CITY NOW) – Nutmeg is a lovely brown patched tabby with high white. She was picked up as a stray with her two kittens on June 16. Nutmeg was a good momma even though she is only about a year old herself, but now it’s time for Nutmeg to enjoy being your baby in her forever home. Here at the shelter – which can be a very scary place – Nutmeg has been a little reserved. She enjoys calm pets, and her uniquely patterned fur is silky soft. Nutmeg hasn’t let us know how she feels about other cats; however, a slow and patient introduction is always a good plan. Nutmeg will go home with you spayed, microchipped, and vaccinated appropriate to age. She is negative for Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV) and Feline Leukemia Virus (FeLV).
