18-year-old pleads guilty to lesser charges for crash that killed 17-year-old passenger
DES MOINES, Iowa — An 18-year-old has pleaded guilty for his role in adeadly Jasper County crash from last August. Authorities say Benjamin Kelne, of Grinnell, was driving and rolled his car. His passenger, 17-year-old Chloe Hutchcraft, died from her injuries. Hutchcraft was a senior at Montezuma High School.

I recently participated in an architecture walking tour of downtown Des Moines. I went with my mother and a handful of her friends for the southern tour of downtown that goes from the Civic Center to the World Food Prize and then makes its way around Court Avenue until it ends at the Kirkwood.
