Puna man arrested, charged with attempting to light 15-year-old boy on fire
PAHOA, Hawaii (Island News) - Hawaii Island Police arrested and charged 38-year-old George Dale Foote, Jr. for incidents against a teenager. On July 2, Puna patrol officers responded to a home panic alarm on Kamanu Street where Foote reported an intruder on his property. Allegedly, it was Foote's live-in girlfriend's 15-year-old son who knocked on the door.
