Just before Mother’s Day, Easton Hoffman was taken to a pediatric walk-in clinc after not feeling well for a few days. “His mom took him in and they did an X-ray where they immediately saw a big mass. They took him down to the hospital and straight into oncology,” said Joel Swanson, Easton’s grandfather.

After the events on July 14, 2023, including the alleged plot to attack the street fair, public safety partners discussed what they can do this year to make attendees feel safe.
