The Passaic River Coalition is hosting a community gathering of residents from neighboring towns that share the Passaic riverfront along the upper Passaic, including Fair Lawn, Elmwood Park, Paterson and Hawthorne.
The Passaic River Coalition is willing to "listen and connect" with residents "to learn your concerns about your riverfront and other water challenges facing your community – from river access to river flooding, fishing to rowing, river vistas to riverfront restoration – and how together we may improve our waterways for all of us."
There will be a presentation by the New York-New Jersey Harbor & Estuary Program who assist in "bringing the benefits of the Clean Water Act to the people who live, work, and recreate on the shared waterways."
