Ed Greene retires: Meteorologist leaves 9NEWS after 47-year career on TV and radio
DENVER — Ed Greene has decided to retire from Denver media, for good. On Friday, July 25, Greene announced his retirement during his final appearance on 9NEWS Mornings. "It's time to retire for me," Greene said on the 9NEWS Mornings broadcast Friday. "You know, 47 years doing the weather, nobody has done sports or news or weather longer than that. So, I feel like I've accomplished something. Pretty proud of that."

The city of Denver has agreed to pay the Domestic Emerging Markets Investments (DEMI) Fund for all of its outstanding invoices.
