Musky Fest Run held in sunshine

A total of 392 runners and walkers finished the Musky Festival 5K or 10K run-walk in downtown Hayward on a mostly-sunny and cool Sunday morning June 23. Tamarack Health was the title sponsor.

The overall winners in the 5K race were Tristan Blancarte of Ashland and Nicole Porath of Northfield, Minnesota.

Brian Andryk of Verona and Ashley McCune of Hales Corners were the top finishers in the 10K race.

Prizes were awarded to the top male and female finishers in the races as well as age class winners. The first 350 finishers received medals courtesy of Culinary Hill.
