LIVINGSTON COUNTY, MI – A Thursday morning crash closed part of U.S. 23 shortly before 9 a.m. All lanes of northbound U.S. 23 at the M-36, Exit 54 near 9 Mile Road near Whitmore Lake in Livingston County’s Green Oak Township were reported closed around 8:40 a.m., according to the Michigan Department of Transportation.

WESTLAND, MI – A man and a woman were unloading their vehicle when they were struck by an alleged drunken driver, resulting in lifelong injuries, officials said.
