Construction begins in July (est. week of July 22) on the Douglas D Street to 1st Street Reconstruction Project and is expected to continue through mid-September. GRAND HAVEN, MI - A millage that provides a little over half of the Tri-Cities Historical Museum’s annual funding is up for renewal on the Aug. 6 election ballot.
