CINCINNATI (WXIX) - The State of Ohio’s Division of Cannabis Control has begun issuing certificates of operation to stores in the Tri-State. Cresco Labs, which operates five stores in the Tri-State, said it received its dual-use operational license. It’s one of 15 dual-use cultivators and processors with certificates of operation in Ohio.

The presiding juvenile court judge for Hamilton County released the child to the care of their grandmother, pending final disposition in August. Those beatings downtown happened in January.
