CINCINNATI (WXIX) - The State of Ohio’s Division of Cannabis Control has begun issuing certificates of operation to stores in the Tri-State. Cresco Labs, which operates five stores in the Tri-State, said it received its dual-use operational license. It’s one of 15 dual-use cultivators and processors with certificates of operation in Ohio.

Kit salon opens in Fort Thomas with commitment to community
Kit salon in Fort Thomas is named after Molly Hardin’s grandmother, and her old styling tools are proudly displayed on the wall inside the shop. Hardin said owning a salon was a dream come true—though a dream she didn’t really know she had as a full-time interior designer and part-time hairstylist. Hardin is a Fort Thomas native who worked at the building’s former tenant, Salon on Highland. She has been licensed for 15 years, but this new venture is her first time owning a salon.

The court filings aren't just criminal cases, they include abuse or neglect complaints and custody filings, among others.

A Hamilton County Juvenile Court judge just made the decision. 21-year-old Benjamin Addison died back in March. WESTWOOD, Ohio (WKRC) - A woman from Cincinnati's Westwood neighborhood is accusing people living in a nearby apartment complex of illegally dumping near her backyard. For more than a decade, Lisa Klein has complained about the apartment complex above the hill behind her backyard. CINCINNATI — They say an apple a day keeps the doctor away. One local nonprofit says a bag of apples can keep the hunger away. Since 2020, Cincinnati's Last Mile Food Rescue has been delivering millions of pounds of apples, potatoes and other fresh produce to families in need. The nonprofit organization depends on the help of more than 800 volunteers to pick up donated food from restaurants and grocery stores that otherwise would go to waste.
