SHREVEPORT, La. (KTAL/KMSS) – Louisiana Senator Dr. Bill Cassidy announced money for Louisiana airport improvements, including Shreveport Regional Airport. A news release from the senator’s office announced $9M allotted for improvements to state airports through the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA). This includes $2 million for the Shreveport Airport Authority to construct new terminal gate space.
