MEMPHIS, Tenn. — An Arkabutla man is charged after the Tate County Sheriff’s Office seized dozens of animals as part of a cruelty investigation over the weekend. The sheriff’s office said investigators executed a search warrant at a home in the 2000 block of Prichard Rd. in Arkabutla on Saturday, July 13, 2024. They said 32 dogs and a large iguana were seized and taken to the Senatobia-Tate County Animal Shelter.
