TUNICA COUNTY, Miss. - A Mississippi man will spend the next two decades behind bars for the murder of an 18-year-old man in Mississippi. Quinterrance Vardaman, 26, pled guilty to manslaughter in the death of 18-year-old Trevon Bell, according to the Tunica County Sheriff's Office (TCSO). Bell was shot and killed in October 2020 at the Kirby Estates Apartments in Robinsonville, Mississippi.
