Harris almost doubles Biden’s lead on Trump in New York: Poll
Vice President Harris has nearly doubled President Biden’s lead over former President Trump in New York since launching her campaign last month, according to a new poll. The new Siena College poll found Harris has a 14-point lead over the former president with 53 percent of support among New York voters, while Trump trails with 39 percent of support from his home state. Harris’s lead is up from Biden’s 8-point margin over Trump when the poll was taken in late June.

Ontario Osprey Nest Ousted by Officials
After receiving complaints about an osprey nest in Ontario, NY causing cell phone disruptions, Town Supervisor Ben Aman began an investigation. As WHEC-TV reports, the nesting birds inadvertently caused problems with cell phone connections, particularly 911 transmissions. BUFFALO, N.Y. — New York State is changing how hunters and trappers can access and print licenses as they kick off 2024-25 season sales.
