NORTH TEXAS — Better news is on the horizon. On water vapor imagery Sunday evening, you can easily see the tropical trough nearing the Texas Gulf Coast. Although it's taken a little while to get here, it'll bring more rain chances, cloud cover, and some cooler temps to the state. So, what's in it for us? Man arrested in murder, allegedly offered woman $2K not to call police
BATON ROUGE - A man arrested in a July murder allegedly offered a witness $2,000 not to call law enforcement, officials said. Baton Rouge Police officers arrested Joel Johnson for first-degree murder, attempted first-degree murder and armed robbery. An arrest warrant says that in the early-morning hours of July 1, 2024, Johnson killed Byron Irving and shot at another woman.

A TikTok video recently went viral of a woman complaining about a 10-cent bag fee on her Chic-fil-A order. She was outraged and threatened Chic-fil-a: "Count your days."
